Rested and relaxed is our natural state of being. And we can feel so stuck, frozen, frazzled or disconnected in response to chronic stress and busy schedules. Deeply reset with a needle placed near the third eye as you are soothed with sounds and feel the vibrations of the bowls move through your body. 

Dana is an experienced acupuncturist, naturopathic doctor and her passion is helping people come back to their own knowing, resiliency and empowerment. She facilitates sound healing experiences to help people come into present moment stillness and deep rest to help find reprieve from the demands of life. Her intention is to welcome your body to settle in and receive a deep “there is nothing to do and nowhere else to be” vibes.

Cost: $40 per person, $30 for folks who are BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and those on medicaid/medicare.
