About the facilitator:
Sarah is a spiritual mental health coach and healer who helps women get to the root cause of their anxiety and on and off depression, by working through a holistic and spiritual lens.
She is a certified Martha Beck life coach, an Equus Coach, Reiki Master and has her degree in psychology. Sarah uses her intuitive abilities and skills to help her clients heal at a root level.
