Tai’ Chi Gung with Rayceena Willy

  • MoonMountain Highway 113 West Steuben Street Cook, WA, 98605 United States (map)

Breathing and moving together is the essence of Tai Chi Gung, giving power to peace. It is a regenerative system of health and longevity passed down in an unbroken lineage for over 3,000 years. Tai Chi Gung combines movement, breathing, and the mind to increase "Chi", vital life energy.

The gentle standing exercises of Tai Chi Gung bring peace of mind, relaxation, better posture, strength and flexibility. These exercises open the doorway to a direct relationship with the energy that sustained all of life.

Please, arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of class, the door closes once class begins.

About the facilitator:
Rayceena started practicing Tai Chi Gung to improve her physical strength and inner peace. As a result, she has a newfound inner strength and peace that guides her daily life. Through sharing Tai Chi Gung, she aims to help others find a more profound sense of self-awareness, inner strength, and peace.

Rayceena continues to study directly with Master Lama Rasaji. He is one of only 12 active Master Lamas worldwide. He lived and trained at the original Tai Chi Gung lamasery in Tibet.
