Whether you feel like an ancestor or wish to connect in with them
during this season's festivals, we'll be exploring these themes with
this month's Deep Listening session. Featuring guided somatic
practices meant to foster connection with our senses, inner knowing,
and the natural world, we'll explore seasonal folklore, listening with
the land, plants, and maybe a spirit or two.

Bring comfy clothes, a journal, and anything you wish to have on our
community ofrenda. All are welcome. Donations gratefully accepted.
